Annual renewal reminders for active services will be sent via email. Auto-renewal is currently unavailable. Clients are responsible for renewing services before expiration. Asraaz is not responsible for service interruptions due to non-renewal.
At Asraaz Business Solutions, we strive for customer satisfaction and service transparency. Refunds may be considered only under genuine circumstances where services have not yet been initiated, or where a verifiable error has occurred from our side.
However, please note that any third-party costs incurred during your project—such as domain registrations, SSL certificates, hosting charges, API fees, payment gateway setup, or third-party software purchases—are non-refundable and remain the full responsibility of the client once procured.
If a project has already commenced, been partially completed, or fully delivered, refunds will not be applicable. In such cases, our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through service adjustments or extended support.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@asraaz.com within 7 days of payment. Requests received beyond this period may not be considered.
