This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled for all our products and services offered through https://asraaz.com.

1. Service Commitment

We ensure every project or subscription is initiated only after full understanding of your requirements and mutual agreement on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Once a service begins, we allocate time, resources, and third-party tools specific to your order, which often cannot be reversed. Hence, refunds are handled as per the conditions below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error or transaction failure.
  • If the purchased service has not been initiated, processed, or delivered within the agreed start period.
  • If Asraaz Business Solutions is unable to deliver the committed service due to internal reasons and the client chooses not to reschedule or continue.

All refund requests must be made in writing to support@asraaz.com within 7 days of payment. Refunds will be processed and credited after internal verification within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Components

Some services involve external purchases or integrations that are paid to third-party providers. The following components are strictly non-refundable once purchased or activated:

  • Domain registration or renewal fees
  • SSL certificate costs
  • Hosting server or cloud space charges
  • Email setup and license fees (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoho, etc.)
  • Third-party software integrations, API costs, or payment gateway setup fees
  • Customized design, content, or code development services already delivered

These third-party costs are billed directly to your project and are non-reversible once purchased on your behalf.

4. Project Cancellations

  • Once a project has been initiated, cancellation requests will not qualify for a full refund.
  • If the client wishes to cancel midway, all completed work and external costs up to that point will be chargeable.
  • In case of subscription-based services (such as CRM, website builder, or marketing tools), cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no partial refunds will be issued.

5. Subscription Renewals

Our subscriptions (such as website plans, SaaS tools, and CRM) are billed annually unless otherwise stated. Renewal reminders are sent in advance via email or WhatsApp. Services that are not renewed before expiry may face suspension or permanent deletion after the grace period.

Auto-renewal is currently not enabled; all renewals must be initiated manually by the client.

6. Payment Disputes

All payment-related disputes must first be raised with our billing team at support@asraaz.com. We will review the issue and respond within 3–5 business days. Chargebacks or disputes raised directly with your bank or payment provider without prior communication may delay resolution.

7. No Refund for Promotional or Discounted Packages

Any promotional, discounted, or special offer plans are provided at reduced pricing and are therefore non-refundable under all circumstances once purchased.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment gateway policies.

9. Changes to this Policy

Asraaz Business Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in operational, legal, or business practices. Updates will be reflected on this page, and the revised date will be indicated at the bottom.
